I have been involved in the automobile industry at the retail dealer level since 1972. My involvement with 3 major dealerships has allowed me to experience every aspect of the retail process. I have introduced innovative ideas in leasing and sales to meet the demands of both individuals and business. My primary focus; give advice and conduct my business with my client’s best interests foremost in everything we do together.

I managed a lease fleet of approximately 2500 vehicles and expanded the fleet under the brand NewRoads National Leasing into the NewRoads dealerships in Toronto. Growth continued with the HOJ lease portfolio coming under my direction. Developed strategic partnerships with many corporate accounts including the Toronto Blue Jays. Expanded the lease portfolio into equipment leasing.

As a member of Marvin Starr Pontiac Buick, a very stable management core, we strived every day to be number one in GM sales in Canada which we achieved. The lease portfolio of 2000 vehicles included some of the premier individuals, organizations, and companies in Canada. Strong customer loyalty was rewarded with attention to detail in every regard. Corporate accounts included Cadillac Fairview Corp., Toronto Blue Jays, Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Police Services and specializing in serving the Cable and Landscape industry in Canada.

During 1972 – 1982, I worked at Addison on Bay Limited Addison National Leasing. Working here allowed me to develop friendships and client relations which have endured to this day. The Toronto Blue Jays, Toronto Maple Leafs, some of Canada’s most prominent business people, sports and social celebrities, politicians, and loyal friends allowed me to attain achievements recognized by receiving General Motors Grand Sales Master Awards for many years and other sales awards. Being a part of this automotive dealership allowed me to gain the respect of my clients by treating everyone with respect, fairness and dedication to their varied desires. But most, it taught me to recognize and accept with pride, how clients allow me the privilege to be a small part of their accomplishments and success by caring for their vehicle affairs.
